These terms regulate all users of www.ortoparisi.com. They will be valid for all your future transactions with Orto Parisi and visits to www.ortoparisi.com. These conditions regulate sales of perfumes or other products by www.ortoparisi.com to private individuals. This website is destined exclusively to private individuals. The conditions of sales mentioned hereafter concern only www.ortoparisi.com and are not related to any other conditions which are applied in stores. Orto Parisi reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. We will notify users of any significant changes to these terms and conditions via email or a notice on our website. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

Users agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, and misuse of the website.

DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the www.ortoparisi.com online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you by e-mail. Orto Parisi cannot warrant that the content of www.ortoparisi.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Orto Parisi may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. Though we strive to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through ortoparisi.com are performed and concerned for by outside organizations, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Orto Parisi cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or not being able to use the site. Orto Parisi cannot guarantee a problem-free, uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.

Our trademarks include (amongst others) the Orto Parisi name and logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

PRIVACY POLICY

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, and to restrict or object to its processing. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to Orto Parisi. When registering to our web shop, you can choose not to receive information from Orto Parisi. If you wish to end your subscription to information from us, send an email to webstore@ortoparisi.com stating your email address and a short description of the matter. You have the right to at any time know what information is kept about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an email to webstore@ortoparisi.com. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks by PayPal and MultiSafepay. Orto Parisi makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.

PAYMENT AND PRICES

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, iDeal (The Netherlands), Mister Cash (Belgium), Paypal and SofortBanking (Germany). To avoid your credit card payment being blocked and cancelled by our payment service providers, please use the '3D secure code' when proceeding with the payment.
The full amount will be charged on the date of the order. Any shipping costs will be added to your order. Please view Shipping in the section FAQ for shipping charges. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. On orders to countries outside of the EU, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. You must render these additional charges in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items bought only on www.ortoparisi.com. You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return items within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason. You must return the items to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. The Orto Parisi webstore cannot accept returns when labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Orto Parisi. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of receiving the returned product, via the payment method and to the same account that was used with the purchase transaction. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in Orto Parisi webstore's instructions, which will be e-mailed to you in such case. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at other stores than the webstore.

DELAY OF DELIVERY

Orto Parisi aims to deliver all orders within the stated delivery time. If the delivery has not taken place within 30 days of payment, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge and is entitled to a full refund including shipping costs. Please contact webstore@ortoparisi.com if you wish to request a refund and to solve any other issues regarding a delay of delivery.

CUSTOMS

Orto Parisi perfumes may contain ingredients that cannot be imported into some countries. Please check with your local customs. Orto Parisi will NEVER be held responsible for import-issues that arise from placing an order in our webstore.

VIOLATION OF RULES

Orto Parisi reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of Force Majeure, Orto Parisi's obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Orto Parisi can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Orto Parisi. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Orto Parisi will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are construed in accordance with Dutch law and you agree that the Dutch courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. These terms are governed by Dutch law. However, as a consumer, you may have the right to bring legal proceedings in your local courts. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website and the ordering of products on it.
