What are my shipping options?
Orto Parisi uses Fedex Express for worldwide deliveries. All shipping costs are displayed during the checkout phase of your order.
Note: When you place an order avoid giving a P.O. box address. Please use a physical address and include a telephone number.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, San Marino, and Spain.

For all other countries, Orto Parisi offers free shipping for orders containing 2 or more products.

Import Duties & Customs Fees
Please note that orders shipped to the UK and other countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Does Orto Parisi ship to all countries?
To see if we are able to ship to your country, please follow the steps in the checkout. If we are not able to deliver to your country, you will not be able to complete your order.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been placed and your payment has been cleared, your order will usually be shipped out the next business day. Depending on where the order ships to, it will arrive between 1 and 5 business days after shipping date. Local customs may delay final delivery.
How do I return an item purchased on www.ortoparisi.com?
Within 14 days of delivery of your order you can use the self service withdrawal form to initiate a return here. Or send an email with the request to return to webstore@ortoparisi.com. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions. Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are purchased on www.ortoparisi.com. Labels and original packaging have to be fully intact and items cannot be used. Refunds for returned products will be made within 14 days of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card or account. Please note that your expenses for returning the product to us will not be reimbursed. In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged, Orto Parisi will schedule a pick-up for returning the purchased merchandise.
